Attention will also be paid to respecting the cultural needs and well-being of children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds and those children with a disability.

Should you experience, or become aware of, behaviour or conduct that makes you, your children or those around you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, please feel confident in raising your concerns.  Deanes Educational Tours will take your concerns seriously, treat you with respect, keep the matter confidential (to the extent that is possible), investigate (where necessary or appropriate) and take appropriate action.
